
Joe Gaskill is a Michigan based theatre and voice actor. He studied Theatre Performance at Wayne State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and starred in many plays. He continues to do so throughout the Great Lakes State (most recently as multiple roles in "Breaking Laws to Gain Freedom" with Open Book Theatre Company in 2024). In the voiceover realm, Joe has constructed a home studio ready for remote recording, and has received training from industry veterans such as Sara Cravens, Valerie Rose Lohman, Joe Ochman and Sara Secora. He also was recently cast in the role of Jacob in the upcoming psychological horror game "Viridian" and Berthal in the upcoming audio drama "The Hegemony Horror". Along with acting, Joe is also a playwright. His latest play, "How to Donate to Your Local Public Library", was performed at Fargo/Moorhead Community Theatre in 2024, earned acclaim from audiences and received a subsequent performance in Michigan at Ixion Ensemble Theatre. With a passion for both acting and collaboration, Joe is always looking forward to his next project, whichever realm of performance or writing it may be.
